"Pray With Me Salt of the Earth"

Sunday 22 April 2012

Pray with Us for Struggling Christians and Persecuted Church

This prayer is focused on those within the church that sacrifice so much for the sake of following Jesus. Pray earnestly with us according to our guide below. Please continue praying as the Holy Spirit leads you, based on this brief initial prayer.

See the prayer topics in the third paragraph.

In preparation for this prayer offensive you can study the teaching below calledWhat does it mean to be Salt of the Earth?, which introduces a new angle to being The Salt of the Earth. We are going to look for the Lord’s solution to certain issues on earth, and then pray it through via this audio clip. You can agree with our prayer and then continue on your own. We will only add a new clip every week to allow you time to pray continually on the same subject, to give us time to listen for the Lord’s guidance on how to pray for the next subject, and to give more people opportunity to join in.

Whilst you pray with us, allow the Holy Spirit lead you to pray for specific people that come to mind in your sphere of influence. We’ll do the same, and as people join us all over the world; this heap of salt will cleanse, preserve, and purify and make a huge difference on the earth from within each of our communities. “The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working],” (James 5:16). And those of hundreds of righteous men and women generate even more power!

The following is covered in our current prayer:

For those who can stomach it, please open this link to Google images portraying persecution of Christians. The first few pictures are of ancient persecution, but further down we see modern persecution. NOT FOR SENSITIVE VIEWERS. Pictures of Christian Persecution
